Pregnant women are only allowed to sail if pregnant for 24 completed weeks or less at time of cruise disembarkation. All pregnant women are required to produce a physician’s letter stating that mother and baby are in good health, fit to travel and the pregnancy is not high-risk.

Group babysitting is available for children 12 weeks to 3 years old at Flounder's Reef Nursery on the Disney Wonder, and at It's a Small World Nursery aboard the Disney Fantasy, Disney Dream and Disney Magic — all located on Deck 5, Midship.
