Had to walk several blocks to get to the Bus stop. When the bus arrived it only had seats for 8 people and there were 16 people waiting. When the next bus arrived 30 minutes later there were over 50 people waiting. We got on but once again probably 35 people got left behind. Cold and rainy weather all day didn't dampen our spirits, but PA system wasn't working so we couldn't hear about the sights we were seeing. I know nobody can control the weather but not having a working PA and enough buses is a problem.

Very comprehensive in what was included in the tour. Gave you a good feeling and taste of the city.

A rainy day onboard the hop on/off bus.

The hop on/off buses were just fine, the weather wasn't; it rained very hard most of the time. The narration during the tour was good, but damp. We fortunately had lower lever seats for the most part, but on the last leg I had to sit on the top level since we had hopped off. This is a great way to see and learn about New Orleans, it not raining.

First Visit

Our first visit to New Orleans. Hop On Hop Off was a great introduction to this historic city. The tour guide was knowledgeable, informative and interesting. He even made numerous restaurant recommendations and gave directions from the stop how to get there. Our weather was not so great, wind and rain, so we didn’t do much “hopping off”. Overall a great introduction. The ticket purchase process was simple and convenient, with instruction regarding where to meet the tour!
