A quick stop will be made at the Ballard Locks and Fish Ladder, where, depending on the season, you may be able to see the spawning fish.

Recommended Dress: We recommend wearing comfortable clothing, walking shoes, and layers that can be removed.
Restrictions: This tour can accommodate a folding wheelchair, however guests should be able to transfer themselves to and from the van. This tour does not pick up or drop off at the cruise pier or accommodate luggage. If you do decide to bring luggage, you will be charged $10 US per piece of luggage, due to the driver upon pick up. Guests with a fold up wheelchair must give advanced notice no fewer than 48 hours in advance so space can be arranged for its storage.

Seattle introduction tour.

Entertaining and informative. We got to see much of the waterfront, markets and big attractions. Took a bit longer than we expected but it was worth the time.

Seattle city Tour

We loved our Seattle tour and our guide was incredibly knowledgeable. He told us many little and quirky facts about Seattle. He also allowed several stop an assisted with photo ops. He gave us plenty of time to tour each spot. Our guide interspersed lots of music and soundtrack clips into his “Schtick” and it held everyone’s interest. Whether it was the Panama Hotel, glass blowing factory or Seattle Parks, our guide was great.<br />Elyse and Peter Fuhrmann

Great Seattle City Tour Excursion

Customized Tours did an outstanding job of providing us with an exceptional city tour. Our driver. Captain Steve was awesome. You can tell he really loves his city and his job. We had time to kill between cruiseship and flight home and this city tour really paid off.

Good way to get the highlights

Driver/host was on time, friendly, knowledgeable, threw in some interesting facts and showed articles from books that showed he is more than just a driver. This was a good tour to take at the start of our trip so that we knew what to go back to and where. The only thing I would have changed was allowed for a little more than 30 minutes for the lunch break, it was a little short with the lines for food at Pikes Place.

We took our tour on the 4th of a July, it was a great time had by all . We were showed as many highlights as possible of Seattle in the time allowed. Our driver was very polite, courteous, and helpful to us. It was a delightful tour. We enjoyed it very much..

Superb service

Punctual, well-presented driver/guide. Couldn't fault the tour at all. He went out of his way to help people on their way to airport and then took us back to views to make sure we hadn't missed anything or time. The trip to see salmon and seals was lovely and unexpected. What a lovely start to what was a brilliant trip to see Alaska. Many thanks x

This was a wonderful tour. We were in a small group of 11 in a very comfortable van with a great guide. I and my friend were very pleased with this tour from start to finish.

I would recommend this to anyone who wants a great tour of the city, and outlying areas. Tour guide was excellent, I can't even mention all the areas he took us to. If you don't take this tour your going to miss a great deal of sites that what Seattle is about.
