Day to day she still reads as a floating resort town from the early Voyager era, now carrying Amplified venues across the top decks after the Amplified refresh. The Royal Promenade is the social spine; Studio B covers ice shows and laser tag; the pool deck got hammocks, casitas, and The Lime and Coconut bar in the Amplified pass. We send multi-gen groups here when they want Royal’s greatest hits at a friendlier price than Oasis or Icon.

Cabins are the usual Voyager mix: plenty of insides including Virtual Balcony, oceanviews, and step-out balconies that feel tighter than modern classes. Promenade View rooms are fun if you like people-watching and a risk if you need quiet sleep. Spa-category rooms near the shipshape complex and standard balconies away from the Lido are what we pressure-test first, so ask us carefully before you lock a category.

Evenings run complimentary shows at the Palace Theatre, ice productions, and specialty nights at Chops Grille, Giovanni’s, or Izumi. Versus Freedom and Oasis sisters, Explorer is the older chapter with Amplified water thrills (Perfect Storm slides and FlowRider) rather than Central Park greenery.
