Serenade of the Seas

Day to day, Serenade feels like classic Royal Caribbean compressed into a Panamax hull. The Solarium is where we send adults for quiet sea days, while the Centrum atrium still carries old-school RCI show energy without a mile-long promenade. She's lively enough for a real vacation, not a theme-park week.

Cabin strategy is straightforward on this class. Standard balconies are the volume play for most couples and small families; we'd skip rooms under the Lido and beside elevator banks if sleep matters. Suites unlock better concierge pacing, but most guests are happiest in a midship balcony away from the pool deck and late traffic.

Dining stays familiar and easy to navigate. Reflections covers the main room, Windjammer handles breakfast and casual nights, and Chops Grille or Giovanni's Table is where we'd spend for a specialty evening.
