Venus delivers the Viking Ocean hotel we send destination-first adults to when the ports matter more than the nightlife. The day is ashore-heavy, then soft onboard with Explorer's Lounge for forward views, Aquavit Terrace aft, and a walk-around Lanai when you want a quiet circuit. Our advice is simple: pick her for the itinerary and treat the ship as a reliable base rather than the entertainment headline of the week.
Cabins are the easy win on this identical sistership series for couples who refuse insides.
