Carnival Rolls Out Limited-Edition Bulleit Bourbon on 14 Ships for America’s 250th — $59.99 in Fun Shops This Summer
Carnival, Starboard, and Diageo launched a $59.99 single-barrel Bulleit Bourbon in Fun Shops on 14 ships this summer — a limited America 250 collectible, not a fleetwide bar pour.

What happened
Carnival Cruise Line, Starboard Cruise Services, and Diageo announced on June 17, 2026 a limited-edition single-barrel Bulleit Bourbon sold exclusively in onboard Fun Shops on 14 Carnival ships this summer. The bottle is priced at $59.99 and ties into America's 250th anniversary celebrations — a collectible retail release, not a fleetwide bar pour included with your cruise fare.
Presidents of Carnival Cruise Line and Starboard personally selected the single barrel for the release. Carnival President Christine Duffy said the line is excited to partner with Starboard to bring exclusive Bulleit Bourbon to shops on 14 ships as part of the America 250 programming. If you are already booked on a summer Carnival sailing, this is a souvenir-bottle story worth checking against your ship name — not a reason to switch lines on its own.
The 14 ships and homeports
The Bulleit bottle is available only on these Carnival ships:
- Carnival Celebration
- Carnival Dream
- Carnival Firenze
- Carnival Freedom
- Carnival Horizon
- Carnival Jubilee
- Carnival Legend
- Carnival Magic
- Carnival Miracle
- Carnival Panorama
- Carnival Pride
- Carnival Sunrise
- Carnival Sunshine
- Carnival Venezia
Trade coverage notes these ships cover major U.S. homeports including Miami, Port Canaveral, Galveston, Los Angeles, Seattle, New York, Baltimore, and Norfolk. Carnival has not published a ship-by-ship inventory schedule, so bottles may roll out by sailing date rather than appearing on every participating vessel on day one.

Where to find it onboard
Look in the Fun Shops — Carnival's onboard duty-free retail stores — not at the main bar. Spirits sold there are tax-free and duty-free for off-ship consumption, and Carnival holds purchased liquor bottles until the end of your voyage so you can take them home when you debark.
That retail channel is separate from what you drink at the pool bar or in the dining room. The limited Bulleit release is a bottled collectible at a fixed $59.99 price point; it is not part of the Cheers! drink package or other included bar offerings. Carnival's general Fun Shops liquor page does not yet list this specific SKU — expected for a new limited release — so confirm availability once you are on board if collecting the bottle matters to you.
Retail exclusives like this sit alongside other onboard experience updates. Recent Carnival dining upgrades across the fleet change what you eat; this one changes what you can bring home in your luggage.
What this means for you
If you already planned a summer Carnival Caribbean cruise from Miami, Galveston, or another listed homeport, scan the 14-ship list above against your booking. A $60 bourbon bottle will not move the needle on fare comparison — but it is a fun add-on for travelers who collect duty-free spirits and want an America 250 keepsake.
Do not show up at the RedFrog Pub expecting a free pour. Fun Shops liquor follows different rules than bar packages: you buy the bottle, it stays locked up until debarkation, and you drink it at home. That is the same framework as other Carnival duty-free spirits — just with a limited barrel pick behind this release.
This is not a booking incentive on its own. When we checked on June 17, sample Carnival Caribbean sailings started from about $266 per person including taxes and fees — a directional sample across thousands of options, not a quote for your cabin. What to do next
Already booked? Confirm your ship is on the 14-vessel list, then ask at the Fun Shop early in the voyage if you want a bottle — limited releases can sell through on popular sailings. Still planning? Browse summer Carnival Caribbean departures and weigh fare, homeport drive time, and onboard extras like this collectible separately.
