What happened

Carnival Cruise Line added a Kids & Teens Value Package to its Cruise Value Packages lineup on June 18, 2026, pricing it at $25 per person per day for guests ages 3 to 17. The bundle is available for sailings departing July 1 through December 31, 2026 — but only if you purchase online through My Cruise Manager between June 18 and July 5, 2026.

This is not a base-fare sale. Carnival is selling a pre-cruise add-on that bundles soda, basic Wi-Fi, and arcade credits for children and teens. Trade press flagged the tier shortly after Carnival posted it on its cruise value packages page. If you are already booked on a qualifying summer or fall sailing, the clock is running on a purchase window that closes before you step aboard.

What's in the $25 Kids & Teens bundle

For $25 per day, the Kids & Teens package covers:

  • Bottomless Bubbles — unlimited soda and juice through Carnival's non-alcoholic drink plan
  • Social Wi-Fi Plan — basic connectivity for messaging and light browsing
  • 1,000 arcade tokens for the ship's arcade (confirm your ship has arcade access before counting on this perk)
  • 50% off bulk candy at Cherry On Top
  • A complimentary lanyard and Bottomless Bubbles souvenir cup delivered to the stateroom

Guests must be ages 3 to 17 at the time of sailing; children under 3 are not eligible. Unlike Carnival's adult Essentials and Ultimate tiers — which we covered in our July 5 value packages deadline guide — the Kids & Teens bundle can be purchased on its own. Adults in the stateroom are not required to buy any value package just because the kids do.

The package must cover the entire cruise length and cannot be purchased on board. Miss the July 5 deadline and you are paying à la carte for soda cups and Wi-Fi passes at the kiosk.

What this means for you

Run the bundle math before you click checkout. On a seven-night sailing, $25 per day per child adds $175 per eligible kid — on top of your cruise fare, not baked into the ticket price. Parents who would otherwise buy Bottomless Bubbles and Social Wi-Fi separately should compare that total against what each child actually drinks and how much time they spend online.

Adults who do not want the $50–$90 adult Essentials or Ultimate bundles can skip them entirely if only the kids need extras. That is a meaningful difference from the adult tiers, where Ultimate requires every guest 21+ in the cabin to buy the same package.

When we checked on June 20, sample Carnival Caribbean sailings started from about $264 per person including taxes and fees — a directional sample, not a quote for your cabin. Stack the base fare plus the kids bundle against your family's à la carte soda and Wi-Fi spend. Our cheap Bahamas cruise family checklist walks through how to budget a summer sailing if you are still comparing itineraries.
