We experience Celebrity Infinity as a Millennium-class premium midsize: balcony-heavy, grown-up evenings, and Revolution-era polish without Edge-class wow. She’s for couples and well-traveled adults who want Celebrity dining and The Retreat more than mega-ship neighborhoods or waterpark energy.
Day to day, Infinity feels calm-premium rather than resort-chaotic. Public rooms still read Scandinavian and art-forward, while the 2021 Celebrity Revolution drydock and later suite work kept venues current without turning her into Edge-class hardware. We send spa seekers toward the thermal suite, and suite guests toward The Retreat sundeck, lounge, and Luminae when they want a quieter bubble onboard for the whole sailing week.
Cabins are a real strength versus older mainstream ships: roughly six in ten staterooms carry a step-out balcony. Standard verandahs are the volume play for most couples; we’d upgrade to an aft Sunset Suite when someone wants butler service and full Retreat privileges without penthouse money.
