Luxury that goes ashore wet
Seabourn Venture is Seabourn’s polar expedition yacht—all suites, Zodiacs, and PC6 ice capability. We’d put curious couples here when the destination is the show and soft luxury still matters after the landing.
We experience Venture as a small ship that earns its name. Days lean toward Zodiac landings, kayaks, and expedition briefings, then you return to residential suites and open-seating service rather than fighting a megaship atrium; Seabourn Square functions like a living room, The Restaurant keeps elegant-casual dinners, and evenings stay conversational. Come for the latitudes first, then enjoy the suite life between landings.
Every stateroom is a suite with a step-out balcony, which is the product story. Veranda Suites are the volume play at roughly 355 square feet with a proper lounge corner, Penthouse categories add space and priority touches, and the duplex Grand Wintergarden Suites are the two-level statement for a milestone trip. Book the expedition program first, then pick the suite tier that matches how much indoor time you’ll actually use between landings.
Dining is all-inclusive Seabourn with Thomas Keller fingerprints across The Grill by Thomas Keller, The Colonnade, Patio Grill, and Sushi in The Club. She’s not a spa-resort Caribbean yacht wearing expedition logos; the hardware is built for high latitudes and variable weather. Public rooms were shaped with Adam Tihany’s studio, and dining partnerships include Thomas Keller menus across The Grill, Colonnade comfort nights, and Patio Grill signatures. Seabourn later announced the optional undersea program would end after the 2025–2026 Antarctic season as guest engagement, maintenance load, and regional rules tightened around submarine operations in some polar waters.
